power: the plastic ball protects him. Burtle is simply a turtle....who's a GENIUS! his
owner dropped him [4 yr old boy]. so Burtle's shell is cracked. He is traumatized and
placed himself in a plastic hamster ball and modified it to his likings. He installed
magnets [the rings and bearings] that pull at each other, making the ball float. he
controls everything in the ball with the button he made. he can move the ball with his
psychic power and the help of the magnetic bearings, but only when the button is pushed
[the button enhances his psychic powers]. The ball is a regular plastic hamster ball.
the metal bearings are painted gold. he can't speak, but with his psychic ability, he
can transmit his thought into others [not control them. only 'speak'. and can speak to
multiply peaople at the same time]. he can hear them through the ball [it's not sound
proof] but he can not physically speak. when the top bearing is removed [because it is
the main source of his movement] it breaks the magnetic force and the magnets collapse,
leaving the him in a normal plastic hamster ball. he can't place the bearing back.
someone must do it for him. he can only control the ball. he can still walk around
though [after all he is a turtle] but he cannot float (he needs the magnets). he can
exit the ball anytime he pleases, but since he is traumatized from his fall, he never
leaves the ball. also! he can use those gold disks and throw them at people! or use it like a punching glove in a way. it doesn't cut. it's very smooth and round like a ring.
